From the Opinel Parallèle range this strong and efficient bread knife is equipped with a curved serrated blade to improve the cutting gesture comfort.
The 21cm long and 3mm thick blade remains rigid and stable when cutting.
Available in either Beech wood or - new for 2024 - Olive wood.
The Italian olive wood handle is comfortable and gives the knife character, with unique, warm veining in the woodgrain.
Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, the beech is hard and durable. With a homogeneous appearance, its light colour varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.
